Predixa Dynamix is a powerful Ai-driven online assessment application, that gives business leaders rapid insight to help them make decisions with confidence.
The diagram below shows the process overview to show the role of the Assignment Administrator.
After the Set Up Administrator has set up the Predixa Dynamix environment, the nominated Assignment Administrators can create Predixa Dynamix Assignments when required by the executives of the organisation.
Assessments are then taken by staff via links sent through individual emails and the corresponding data is collected by the Predixa Ai engine, analysed and presented on dashboards accessed by the executive board.
Set Up User Guide
Predixa Dynamix has been created using Microsoft's Power Platform suite of apps incorporating Power Apps; Power Automate; and Power BI.
These applications provide rich business logic and workflow capabilities that run seamlessly in a browser or on mobile devices to deliver rapid insight using digital, automated processes.

The Admin Panel
Once Predixa Dynamix has been set up, the Assignment Administrator will be given access to the Admin Panel via email.
Clicking on the embedded hyperlink will open up the Welcome Page of the Admin Panel, which includes links to assorted User Guides.
Go to 'Assignments' in the left-hand panel to create a new assignment.
Completing the fields
Within the 'New Company Assignment' page, select the 'General' page.
Complete the first two fields with an internally relevant reference code, and select the appropriate assignment (module/pulse/action management etc) from the drop-down box.
In the 'Messaging' section, adjust as necessary the 'Welcome Message' that will be seen by the employees on the 'Welcome Page' prior to starting their assignment.
Equally, adjust the text that will be included in the email sent to the employees, that contains the embedded hyperlink to the assignment.
Update the agreed completion date for the assignment.
When all fields have been completed, click 'Save and Close' in the top bar. You will return to the 'Live Assignments' page.
Confirm that the new assignment is listed on the 'Live Assignments' page.
Click the 'Employee View' section in the left-hand panel.
There are two options on this page.

Use the drop-down box to go to 'Awaiting Email Send'
Click the tick next to the employee to receive the email - the line will highlight (if you need to send the email to all employees, click the tick in the top left)
When all employees to be included in the assignment have been ticked, click 'Activate & Email' in the top bar.
A pop-up box will appear to confirm activation.
To confirm that the email has been activated, go to the "active Employees (Email Sent)' page.
This will list all employees that have been sent emails to activate their assessment and show those that have completed or are still in progress.
Screens can be refreshed using the 'Refresh' icon and data can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
