Predixa Dynamix is a powerful Ai-driven cloud application, that gives business leaders rapid insight to help them make decisions with confidence.
The interactive dashboards provide a wealth of information and organisational insights from the employee professional input assessments in the form of bar charts, heat maps, comparative variation scales, radars and much more - including a summary of the likely predicted areas for focus and challenge.
The Ai-driven assessments considered 8 vertical business units (e.g Marketing, HR, Facilities, Finance etc) and 9 horizontal core categories (e.g. Strategy, Leadership, Culture, Communication, Training etc) to provide an holistic view across the entire organisation.
Predixa Dynamix provides dashboards rich in data and insights, to help Executives and their external advisors gain the insight as to where best to focus and create challenges to improve performance, productivity and profitability.
